NUTRITIONAL ADVICE
➡️ Lamb's Ear: The treat that encourages chewing and mental stimulation |
Lamb ears are a chewy treat your dog will love. The ears are an excellent source of glucosamine and protein and are a low-fat treat that's a great alternative to pig ears. |
➡️ Canine precautions |
Lamb's ears should be given as an occasional treat due to their higher calorie content to prevent excessive weight gain. One lamb's ear twice a week is sufficient for a small breed dog. It is best to avoid these treats in overweight dogs and only give them to dogs with underlying health problems if approved by your veterinarian. Lamb's ears should never replace a complete and balanced diet. |
Your dog should always have water available when eating treats. As with all dog chews, we recommend supervising your dog while eating.
