Kiwi Walker® freeze-dried capelin is a natural treat made from 100% whole small fish (Mallotus villosus). Each fish is freeze-dried to preserve its nutritional profile, taste, and texture. No added ingredients, no cooking. The final product is crunchy, flavorful, light, and highly digestible. |

The freeze-drying process takes place under vacuum, at very low temperatures, and under dry processing conditions. The first phase, called primary drying, removes water in the form of ice by sublimation. The second phase, secondary drying, removes residual moisture through desorption. This two-step process preserves the color, aroma, taste, and shape of the food, while keeping essential nutrients and vitamins intact. The result: a stable, natural and nutritious treat. |
