Kiwi Walker® freeze-dried treats preserve the aroma, flavor, and full nutritional value of the fruit. Pears are rich in nutrients that contribute to the proper functioning of your pet's immune system and muscles. Giving your pet fruits like pears is a delicious way to supplement their daily nutrition. They are rich in dietary fiber, vitamins, and nutrients, and make a healthy snack to treat, train, and reward your dog. They contain only real pears cut into pieces which are perfect for rewarding your pet as they are neither messy nor sticky, and are also suitable for cats. |

The freeze-drying of healthy pet treats is carried out under vacuum at a very high degree and at an extremely low temperature under dry processing conditions. An initial drying phase, called primary drying, allows the water (and ice) to be removed by sublimation. During the second phase, secondary drying, it is eliminated by desorption. This effectively preserves the color, aroma, taste, and shape of fresh food, while also retaining the product's nutrients and vitamins. These treats have a longer shelf life compared to fresh pears, meaning you can keep them in the cupboard and keep coming back to them. |
