The freeze-drying of healthy pet treats is carried out under vacuum at a very high degree and at an extremely low temperature under dry processing conditions. An initial drying phase, called primary drying, removes water (and ice) through sublimation. During the second phase, secondary drying, it is removed by desorption. This process effectively preserves the color, aroma, taste, and shape of fresh foods, while also retaining the product's nutrients and vitamins. |

Add warm water and let it soak for about 1 to 5 minutes. The product will absorb up to 80% of its moisture without swelling: an excellent option for dogs that don't drink enough. Add more water for a tasty drink. In summer, it's delicious frozen.
Your dog should always have fresh water available when eating treats. As with all dog chews, we recommend supervising your dog while it is eating.
