Red Dingo
It all started with the need for durable pet accessories
Max, the beloved companion of founders Barbara and Craig, was a very active dog. He ran miles every day, swam in the sea and went on weekend hikes, and the pet accessories of the time just didn't last.
After countless worn-out dog tags, rusty and worn collars, and hours spent trying to find beautiful accessories, Barbara and Craig decided to find a solution.
In 2002, Red Dingo Australia was founded with a simple mission: To make durable and stylish pet accessories for all dogs.
Identification tags were the first product developed under Red Dingo. To withstand Max's active lifestyle, they were made from heavy-gauge stainless steel. But it didn't stop there: ordinary pet name tags were boring, they needed to look better. Inspired by a piece of jewelry, the first ever stainless steel and enamel pet ID tags were created. A line of collars, leashes, harnesses and beds followed soon after.
Today, Red Dingo products are available in more than 50 countries across Europe, North America and Oceania. Red Dingo is still run by Barbara and Craig with Cassie, a Kelpie-cross, continuing Max's legacy in Australia.
