A quest inspired by Cooka, the canineoisseur

• It all started when a mean and greedy Weimaraner named Cooka arrived at the home of Aline, Alex and Bubi, their rescue dog. From day one, Cooka was different. Way too smart, way too stubborn and very picky. She simply refused any commercial food and so Aline started cooking real food for her girls.

• Shortly after this new diet, Aline noticed visible changes in Bubi’s health, which had been poor since she was found on the street. Intrigued, she began researching the ingredients in pet food and realized that not all foods are created equal. Some are good and some are bad, just like the food on our plates.

• Aline's search for healthy, Cooka-approved pet food became a real challenge, so she teamed up with veterinarians and canine nutritionists to create healthy, balanced meals and treats for her furry children.

• Using only natural, farm-fresh, human-grade ingredients, these delicious bites are literally good enough to share with us—pups permitting! And yes, they’re still tested on humans, especially Cooka’s dad, Alex.

Cooka’s promise is simple: “Only if it’s good enough for us, it’s good enough for our furry friends! ” Love comes in many ways for furry families. Tummy rubs, long walks in the park, lots of cuddles on the couch and a game of catch on the beach… But the most important way we say “I do you too” and show our true love is through the quality of food we feed our pets.
